At Bike Lover USA, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
